This was a very helpful article on the topic of link building. I am never sure how to approach link building, however, I do like writing for Ezine Articles which is high P.R of 7.. and allows anchor text.

In addition, your article can be picked up by other publishers which creates more backlinks.

Well it was a bit of both to be honest But it’s true! Pausing some of our broader termed ads has saved us so much! Much better to try to get free(ish) marketing on the bigger search terms through working with articles and press releases to get traffic, and pay for the smaller, less expensive adwords (which are more targeted, as I mentioned)!

Question: If I include URL parameter tags for GA campaign tracking in the anchor text hyperlink, does that mess anything up for SEO?

Thanks for your post. It's really helpful. We found that posting articles for shower doors and shower enclosures was better than using Google Adwords to promote them as they are such broad terms, with so much competition! We found that exact terms like 700mm shower door are better, and more specific on other sites, when people know EXACTLY what they're looking for. Again, thanks for the help. Will try to post some press releases and use your examples! x
