&#039;Analytics&#039; is a bad name. Like you say it sounds like it&#039;s an optional thing like a sunroof on a car that you may or not want or use.

I explain that it&#039;s more like turning the headlights on at night - you get to see where you&#039;re going instead of crawling along slowly hoping everything is OK.</description>
